• We recall you for your health checks and let you know if you become eligible for any subsidised health checks
• All your health records are kept in one place.

• Or Australian and intend to live in NZ for over 2 years
• Or Work Visa for at least 2 years
Please bring your passport or Photo ID with NZ Birth Certificate with you when you come to enrol.
